Catching Glimpses 4D Ultrasound is a premier ultrasound imaging facility providing services to physicians and families since 2017. Our costs are low and are geared towards those without insurance, midwife patients, or for those who are experiencing high deductibles. We also offer evening and weekend appointments.
Once we receive an order from a licensed healthcare provider, we will contact the patient to schedule their diagnostic ultrasound. Our diagnostic ultrasounds are performed by a RDMS Sonographer, registered in OB/GYN, and read by a licensed radiologist. A final radiologist’s report will be sent to the ordering healthcare provider. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not accept insurance or bill insurance for services.

Transabdominal Ultrasound of a Pregnant Uterus: $150
(Dates and Viability) CPT 76801
A transabdominal ultrasound of a pregnant uterus, less than 14 weeks of pregnancy. This ultrasound is performed to determine the viability of the pregnancy and gestational age. We do not perform vaginal scans, only transabdominal.
Transabdominal Ultrasound OB Fetal Anatomy: $300
(Anatomy Scan) CPT 76805
A real-time transabdominal ultrasound with image documentation, performed after the first trimester (greater than 14 weeks, 0 days), to evaluate both the fetus and the mother in a single gestation pregnancy.
Transabdominal Ultrasound, Follow-up: $275
(Growth, follow-up) CPT 76816
A transabdominal ultrasound of a pregnant uterus, with real-time documentation. This ultrasound is performed for re-evaluation of fetal size by measuring standard growth parameters and amniotic fluid volume or organ systems suspected or confirmed to be abnormal on a previous scan. We do not perform vaginal scans, only transabdominal.

Includes fetal heartbeat, placental location, fetal position , and/or qualitative amniotic fluid volume) Please specify on your order what the indication for the ultrasound is (in addition to the ICD 10 code) and what information you are interested in finding out in the ultrasound. We do not perform vaginal scans, only transabdominal.
Fetal Biophysical Profile Without Non-Stress Testing: $275
(BPP w/o non-stress testing) CPT 76819
A transabdominal ultrasound of a pregnant uterus. This ultrasound is a timed ultrasound performed to evaluate the health of a fetus, typically performed after 32 weeks of pregnancy. This ultrasound does not include Non-Stress Testing. This test assesses baby’s gross motor movements, fine motor movements, breathing, and AFI.
